Bieber deletes Instagram account after clash with fans over ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez

Celebrities: Justin Bieber has finally deleted his Instagram account on Tuesday after series of clashes with fans of ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez. Bieber had over the weekend posted several photos of himself with Sofia Richie during his trip to Japan for his Purpose World tour, this may have made fans attack him over how he treated his ex-girlfriend Gomez.

Before he took down his account, Bieber had earlier responded to negative comments by sharing a photo with the caption:

"I'm gonna make my Instagram private if you guys don't stop the hate this is getting out of hand, if you guys are really fans you wouldn't be so mean to people that I like" (referring to Richie).

And by Tuesday morning, Bieber's Instagram account was gone.
