Barack Obama: Donald Trump “woefully unprepared” to be president

US: US President Barack Obama has lambasted Republican party presidential candidate Donald Trump as “woefully unprepared” to be US president and challenged Republicans to abandon their support for him.
During a White House news conference on Tuesday, Obama said;
“There has to come a point at which you say enough,” president Obama said.
Obama's comments comes following Trump’s criticism of an American Muslim family whose son, a captain in the US Army, was killed in Iraq in 2004.

An increasing number of Republican politicians have also come out to voice their concerns about Trump’s comments with few revoking their support for Trump's White House bid.
“If you are repeatedly having to say, in very strong terms, that what he has said in unacceptable, why are you still endorsing him?” Obama asked
“What does this say about your party that this is your standard-bearer?”
President Obama said his opposition to Trump's presidency is about more than policy differences adding that even while he disagreed with his Republican opponents in the 2008 and 2012 elections, he never thought they were unfit to do the job.
