Tiwa Savage presented with the 'Hero Of the Month' award in South Africa

Nigeria: Tiwa Savage has been honored by South African media house, Reel African, as their ‘Hero of the Month’ during a ceremony held in Southern Africa on Friday July 9. The singer shared the good-news on her Instagram page as she was presented with the plaque and flanked by the board members of Reel African. 

In a congratulatory message philanthropist Mathew Mensah wrote:

Witnessing all the work you’ve put your dedication, particularly Orphans & Stop child trafficking in Africa is mindblowing. Im so proud to have the privilege to work with You & benefit from the many great ideas and concepts you have helped to create for Orphanage Africa campaign & child trafficking at the same time using a huge reach to help create awareness.
