Some prisoners do not even have enough sleeping space on the floor due to the harsh living condition in the prison as result prisoners are forced to take turns to sleep as living has been hell for them.

Speaking about the conditions there, one of the prison inmate Raymund Narag 27 who had served seven years in the prison said he was 20 when he was sent to jail after being convicted of murdering a young man.

Narag said he shared one cell with 30 others, living on a diet of dried fish.
