Photos from the funeral of Philando Castile - Man fatally shot by Police in Minnesota

US: Thousands gathered at the cathedral of Saint Paul, Minnesota on Thursday for the funeral of Philando Castile, 32, who was shot dead by cops in front of his girlfriend and four-year-old daughter on July 6, an incident that was streamed-live on Facebook leading to a massive protest around the US. 

The funeral procession was led by a horse-drawn carriage, carrying his flower-laden white coffin.

Castile's girlfriend Diamond Reynolds, with her young daughter, at the funeral broke down in tears as his coffin arrived at St. Paul's for the service at noon and was pictured being comforted by family and friends shortly before they all went in for the beginning of the service.
