Lady Gaga opens up on splits from fiance Taylor Kinney

Celebrities: Pop star Lady Gaga and fiance Taylor Kinney ended their five-year relationship earlier this month  and to set the record straight on her reported split from Kinney, the singer took to Facebook to explain why their relation had difficulty.

Gaga wrote on why they are both taking a break from the relationship citing issues related to long distance and their busy crazy work schedules.

“Taylor and I have always believed we are soulmates,” she said.

“Just like all couples we have ups and downs, and we have been taking a break.

“We are both ambitious artists, hoping to work through long-distance and complicated schedules to continue the simple love we have always shared.”

Gaga then urged her fans to support them during this time, stressing that they still love each other.

“Please root us on. We’re just like everybody else and we really love each other,” she said.
