Nigeria: It was a war of words between Doyin Okupe, the former Senior Special Assistant on Public Affairs to former President Goodluck Jonathan and a Tweeter user who accussed him of making illicit payment out of the $2.1billion arms deal scandal and calling on the EFCC to interrogate Dr. Okupe who in-turn did not take it lightly with the Tweeter user.
