Nigerian DJ, Obi breaks Guinness World Record for longest DJ set
Nigeria: Nigerian Disc Jockey, DJ Obi Ajuonuma has broken the Guinness World Record for longest DJ set in history. DJ Obi achieved the feat on Friday morning at about 7:30 am.
Obi officially kicked off his attempt on Wednesday June 22 2016 at 11:30 pm at the Sao Cafe, Lekki Phase 1 and has been on set for 8 days consecutively without sleep. The goal was to beat the record of 200 consecutive hours (8 days) set by Poland DJ Norberto Loco.
Obi intends to continue till 11:30 pm on Saturday July 2nd, 2016, when he would have completed a total of 240 hours (10 days) target he set for himself.
