Dallas Shooting: President Obama explains the real meaning meaning of ''Black Lives Matter''

US: President Obama opens up on "Black Lives Matter'' protest in Dallas on Thursday where 5 cops were killed by a sniper and several others wounded following the murder of two black men by cops.
Obama said police shootings are not just a black or Hispanic issue but an American issue that we should all care about. See video below

Obama said: 

"When people say #BlackLivesMatter, that doesn't mean blue lives don't matter. It just means all lives matter, but right now, the big concern is that data shows black folks are more vulnerable to these kinds of incidents."
