Breaking!! Two police officers shot in San Diego, California

US: Two police officers have been shot in San Diego California on Friday morning. The San Diego Police Department said the suspect escaped the scene of the incident, in the 3800 block of Boston Avenue in the Southcrest neighbourhood, and is still on the run.

One suspect has been detained and search are currently going on in the area for any other potential suspects involved in the shooting said the police.

The condition of the police officers, who have been rushed to the Scripps Mercy Hospital for treatment, is currently unknown at the time of the report.

Residents in the area have been ordered to remain indoors as the police search continues.
