Woman files rape lawsuit against Donald Trump

US: Republican presidential nominee, Donald trump have been charged in a new lawsuit filed in federal court involving a California woman who accuses Trump of raping her when she was 13 year old at Jeffrey Epstein’s Upper East Side mansion more than 20 years ago.

A Los Angeles court, first dismissed the lawsuit, but now the case has been revisited with a new lawyer and some previous charges dropped.

The woman, filled the new lawsuit on Monday alleging that the rape occurred in 1994

“Immediately following this rape, Defendant Trump threatened me that, were I ever to reveal any of the details of Defendant Trump’s sexual and physical abuse of me, my family and I would be physically harmed if not killed,” the plaintiff said in an affidavit.

Trump's organization vice president and councel, Alan Garten, said the allegations were “categorically untrue, completely fabricated and politically motivated.

The lawsuit claims the woman remains traumatized by the abuse adding that since Trump launched his campaign and received mass media coverage, she has been “subjected to daily painful reminders of the horrific acts.”
