We'll stop Biafra agitation if you show us your WAEC certificate - IPOB to Buhari

Nigeria: Given the call by the president of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari to the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) to stop its agitation by all means, the members of IPOB, in turn responded to the president's call and said it will only stop its current agitation for a  sovereign Biafran state if the president tenders his controversial WAEC certificate. What??? Do you see this happening????
