Pro-Biafra supporters storm London hospital in search for President Buhari

 

London: Members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) in UK were at the Royal London Hospital Whitechapel, where President Muhammadu Buhari of Nigeria was expected to receive treatment for an ear infection on Thursday June 16.

Reports said, the Pro-Biafra supporters stormed several random London hospital in search of the President as the particular hospital he was expected to visit was unknown to them.
The agitators were seen holding flags, posters and banners. But their grievances were not stated at the time of the report.

President Buhari who was expected back in Nigeria on Thursday June 16 will return to the country on Sunday June 20.
In a statement by the vice president, Yemi Osinbajo, he said that he spoke with the president over the telephone and that there was no need for Buhari to rush to Nigeria stating that the president is in perfect condition and just need more rest.
