Nnamdi Kanu flocked by supporters as he appeared in court on Monday

Nigeria: Leader of the Indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB) and director of Radio Biafra Nnamdi Kanu who has been in police custody since 2015, was arraigned before the Federal High Court in Abuja on Monday in continuation of his trial. Kanu who was flocked around by crowd of supporters was spotted wearing a 'I Love Biafra' hand-band. Kanu was all smile as he received lots of love from IPOB supporters who took turns to take photo shots with him. See more photos after the cut
