Man arrested and accused of assaulting 14 year old girl he got as gift

51 year old man Lee Kaplan from Pennsylvania has been accused of
sexually assaulting an 18 years old girl, whose parents gave her to him
when she was 14 because he had helped them financially said police.
Kaplan was arrested at his Feasterville home, along with 12 girls whose ages range from six months to 18 years on Thursday after officials in Bucks County acted on a tip off.
The 18 year old girls told police that she and Kaplan have a three year and a six month old children together.
Kaplan is being charged for statutory sexual assault, unlawful contact with a minor, and aggravated indecent assault.
According to District Attorney, David Heckler, he said the parents of the girl told police they were about to lose their farm when Kaplan "came out of the blue and saved them from financial ruin".
In a neighbor's statement, Jen Betz of Feasterville, she said she alerted the authorities because she was worried about the girls she saw outside the home, which she said was overgrown with weeds.

"They're so sad and fearful every time I see them. That's what made me call," she said.Father of the girl Daniel Stoltzfus, told the police he gave his 14 year old daughter to Kaplan after studying the legality of such an action online. Stoltzfus is charged with conspiracy of statutory sexual assault and children endangerment. His wife, Savilla Stoltzfus, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
"I've been telling my husband for years 'Something isn't right, something isn't right'."
