Football Paper Round: David Alaba targeted for move by Real Madrid

Real Madrid speak to David Alaba's dad to pitch move from Bayern
Real Madrid executives have met with David Alaba's father George in a bid to sign the Austrian star, according to the Sun. Meetings have occurred in Munich and Vienna, as Bayern Munich are adamant they won't sell the Austrian but will consider a bid should the offer be around £63.5 million. Real
Madrid club director Jose Angel Sanchez has been trying to open the bidding at £40 million, but Munich remain steadfast in their policy of not being bullied into selling a player they'd like to keep despite the Alaba's openness to a move.

Pedro seeks return to Barcelona after one season
Pedro is set to move from Chelsea back to Barcelona, as the Daily Mail have revealed he's been speaking to club chiefs over a return. The report comes as Pedro left for Stamford Bridge in a £22 million move last season, but has spoken to Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu over a return to the Nou Camp. Pedro has admitted he's spoken to Barcelona about wanting to return in an interview during Euro 2016, after he made 30 starts for Chelsea and finding the back of the net eight times last season.

Nolito wanted by Pep Guardiola
Pep Guardiola is keen on Celta Vigo and Spanish international Nolito, according to the Sun. The report claims that their previous relationship at Barcelona, where the winger was in Barca's reserve team when Guardiola was manager of the senior team, is one of the reasons behind the move. With good spells at both Benfica and Celta Vigo, Guardiola is considering activating Nolito's buy-out clause of £14 million and having the Spainard join him for his City revolution.

Tottenham offered Murillo and Brozovic in swap for Erik Lamela by Inter
Spurs have received an offer for swapping two players in exchange for Erik Lamela from Inter Milan, according to the Sun. The report says that defender Jeison Murillo and midfielder Marcelo Brozovic would be swapped for Lamela, as Inter believe a return to Serie A is what the player needs since his underwhelming £26 million move to White Hart Lane in 2013. Lamela however improved last season, finding the back of the net 11 times under Pochettino as Spurs have valued him on the open market for around £20 million.
