Cyprus update: Negotiation talks between Greek and Turkish Cypriot leaders postponed

Cyprus: Tuesday’s meeting between Cyprus President Nicos Anastasiades and Turkish Cypriot leader Mustafa Akinci in continuation of the intensified reunification talk of the divided island, has been postponed due to the ongoing forest fire out break in Cyprus.

The postponement follows a request from president Anastasiades who said he would be visiting the affected areas.
The president thanked Akinci and the United Nations for their understanding.
