Brexit: Flooding causes confusion at some stations

UK: Residents willing to vote at the on going referendum on Thursday had been restrained by flooding, causing confusion for voters at some stations, with some closed or facing long queues for residents to cast their votes. Devon Way in Chessington was forced to close due to flooding.
