Baby dies after a tree falls over the house he was sleeping in, during a storm

US: A seven months old baby, Kyren Davis has been killed in an unfortunate incident after a tree crushed the house he was sleeping in at about 5:30pm on Friday in West Point, Georgia on Friday.


The baby, was said to be sleeping on his grandmother’s bed when a storm pulled a tree over the house.
According to the baby's grand mother, Katrina Slaughter, she said;

‘Strong wind came and knocked the tree down… When it fell on top of the house, everything fell on top of us and we fell to the floor.’

Kyren’s twin brother, Kyle, a 1 year old boy, and his 6 year old sister were rescued through a window.
Police found the child dead after they got to the venue of the incident.
Katrina added that;

‘He was a sweet baby. He was a happy baby,’ ‘We will never be able to bury the loss of my grandson,’ she said.
