7 Doctors take inspiring team photo to highlight negative effects of Brexit

EU: 7 Medical doctors took it upon themselves to highlight the negative effect of Brexit from the EU after they shared a photo of themselves online with the caption ‘We are Europe.’


The photo, taken in Homerton hospital, London, shows three Spanish scrub nurses, an Irish radiographer, a German consultant anesthetist, a Greek urology specialist registrar and a British Pakistani consultant urologist.

The picture which has been share online in the wake of Britain's exit from the EU, describe immigration as the ‘backbone’ of the NHS (National Health Service).

Junaid Masood, a British Pakistani said, 

‘’Today we have been hard at work improving people’s lives! This is what our friends from Europe do for the NHS.’

‘Let’s speak out for working together and not being a divided society. Immigration has been the backbone of the NHS we all love and cherish, and is good for our society and country!!’
