21 year old pregnant woman murdered by husband after telling him she wanted a divorce'

UK: A 21 year old pregnant woman Amal Abdi was strangled, bitten and repeatedly stabbed to death by her 22 year old husband Abdirashid Khadar from Somalia after she told him "I don't want you any more”, a court heard.

An attempt to resuscitate her by emergency services proved abortive as she was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to a jury report, in Bristol Uk,  Khadar left his pregnant wife curled in a pool of blood before dialing 999 and telling police:

 "I've got something to show you.”

He added; "I'm kill someone. I'm kill my wife."

Khadar then requested for police to come and arrest him or kill him.

The police found Amal in the living room, lying curled up in a pool of blood with massive wounds on her neck.

According to test carried out on her, she was pregnant at the time of her death

 

In an interview Khadar, he said that after he arrived in the UK in March 2015, his wife would shout and slap him and he would try to be tolerant but ‘his patience had worn out’.
