The Daily Mail are reporting that Manchester United have serious concerns that Louis Van Gaal's presence at the club will prevent them from signing Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. The report says some in the club's hierarchy believe that Van Gaal's playing style and approaches will prevent them from convincing
Aubameyang to shift to Old Trafford. United are set to make a decision on Van Gaal's future after their FA Cup Final appearance against Crystal Palace, as the club search for top summer transfer targets. Their failure to acquire prized targets Renato Sanches and Mats Hummels, has caused the club major internal concern.
Oxford demands pay rise as City and United circle
Blossoming West Ham defender Reece Oxford has reportedly asked for a pay rise and extra incentives to stay at the club, according to the Sun. The report says the youngster wants £40k a week and a £1 million signing-on fee to commit to the club, while the Hammers are holding out meeting those demands despite offering a significant pay rise. It comes as the 17 year old has been linked to Manchester United and Manchester City in £8 million moves, making him one of those most hyped English players heading into this summer's window.

Villa take over complete as Roberto Di Matteo linked
Aston Villa's £60 million takeover is complete, as the club searches for a new manager for life in the Championship according to the Daily Mail. Villa have been linked to former Chelsea boss Roberto Di Matteo, who has reportedly already made contact with the club. The other frontrunner, Nigel Pearson, has believed to have slipped in the standings for the job due to the takeover.

John Terry takes pay cut to stay at Chelsea
Blues captain and icon John Terry will stay at Stamford Bridge next year, according to the Sun. Terry turned down what was a massive deal to head to China and cut his own Chelsea wage to stay on at the club. Terry's wage was £150k a week, before dropping down to just £50k next season while it's believed he would have been offered as much as £12 million a year by a Chinese club.
